EAP

"Don't find fault, find a remedy"

Henry Ford

EAP stands for employee assistance program. It is a service that is a hybrid of the clinical of counseling and the administrative of human resources. The purpose is to help people who experience stress inside and outside of the work setting; remain functional and solve problems that can affect employability. The number of EAP sessions depend on both need and the benefit provided by the employer. If you have specific questions about your EAP benefits contact your company's human resources department.
